Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

This contemporary artwork in a vintage collage style watercolor image was created by Audrey Jeanne Roberts with the desire to portray the peaceful, relaxing calm of the beach and bring it into your home. Beautiful carved plaster moldings inspired the top and bottom borders. A painterly seahorse overlooks stylized starfish and spiral shell in blue and chocolate brown. Antique handwriting adds texture and a carved sandstone architectural element ornament of an open set of pearl oysters adds its elegance. The vintage printer's etching decorative ornaments are from the 1800s. The hand calligraphy script font with swirling scroll flourishes says, "Sea Horse," on a background of sandy tan and aqua blue textural watercolor and acrylic washes. You can comfortably mix and match any of the paintings from the Coastal Waterways series.
